Yes. We support CCTV, access control, network and telephony systems regardless of who installed them. We will carry out an initial audit and bring the system up to standard before taking it onto a maintenance contract.
What response times do you offer?
Our maintenance contracts include guaranteed response times — typically 4 hours for critical faults and next business day for non-critical issues. Emergency response is available for business-critical systems.
What does a maintenance visit include?
Scheduled maintenance visits include camera cleaning and alignment checks, recording verification, firmware updates, access control database review, cable inspection and a written service report.
Can I have a pay-as-you-go arrangement instead of a contract?
Yes. We offer both annual contracts and ad-hoc call-out support. Contracted customers receive priority response and discounted labour rates.
